    This kale plant is the indoor version of a full sized garden variety. It grows 12-18 inches tall and can be grown for baby leaves in your 8-hole tray lid. The leaves are curly and light green and are uniform with a high level of Vitamin K and C.

  • Gardening Tips

    Remember to leave at least 4 leaves after every harvest so that it can keep growing. And it is ready to be removed when it gets close to running into the lights.

     

  • Starbor Kale Story

    Brassica oleracea is selected because it is the best kale available for your Rise Garden. This kale is compact and doesn't grow to the height of traditional kale. This doesn't mean that it produces less though! The plant produces ampel leaves that are exquisite bluegreen that are curly all round. The tender leaves are not as rough as most varieties so this mini kale plant lends itself for being eaten raw.
