Dear Rise Gardeners,

          

            I’m Hank Adams, CEO and Founder of Rise Gardens. I’m reaching out to you for three reasons.

 

            First, is to thank you for your purchase and for placing your trust in us. We have been working tirelessly to deliver the best indoor gardening experience there is… and we truly believe we will do that.  

 

            The second reason is a bit of bad news.   To ensure that your garden arrives in perfect condition, we have upgraded our packaging materials. Unfortunately this required a number of revisions and re-testing and, as a result, we will not be able to meet our target February 17th shipping date.

 

            I want to apologize to you for that delay. Our team is working diligently to speed the process along. In order to iron out any kinks and guarantee the safe arrival of your garden, will be shipping in two batches, the first on March 9th and the second on March 19th. Please, reach out to Chalet and they will tell you in which batch is each one of you. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you. Your garden is ready and waiting in our warehouse ready to ship.  

 

            To make up for the delay and express our appreciation for your business, we’re going to send you some free items. You’ll each be receiving:  

  • Three tray cover upgrades. As you may know, our system is modular. These tray covers will allow you to grow more plants on the same surface and get ready for our outdoor-gardening season by growing your starters. These products are not even on the market yet, so you will get them before anyone else.

 

            The entire value of this package is around $100 and we hope it’s enough to compensate you for this inconvenience.
