By purchasing a Rise Garden and an Annual Membership in the period of April 14, 2023 through April 23, 2023, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which supplement and form a part of the Rise Garden's membership Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Rise Garden's Terms of Service.

Promotional Scope

The following offers are valid from April 14, 2023 through April 23, 2023. Only purchases made during these dates are eligible for the following promotional offers. Purchases made prior to April 14 and after April 23 do not qualify. 

• Rise Gardens customers who purchase a Rise Garden + a Rise Garden Annual Membership during the stated above promotional period will receive $100 off The Rise Garden . 
• Rise Gardens customers who purchase a Rise Garden + 1 Rise Extension + a Rise Garden Annual Membership during the stated above promotional period will receive $150 off The Rise Garden. ( the discount may be distributed between both products )
• Rise Gardens customers who purchase a Rise Garden + 2 Rise Extensions  + a Rise Garden Annual Membership during the stated above promotional period will receive $200 off The Rise Garden ( the discount may be distributed between both products )
• Rise Gardens customers who purchase a Personal Rise Garden + a Personal Rise Garden Annual Membership during the stated above promotional period will receive $100 off The Rise Garden . 

• No code needed
• Discount applies automatically
• No minimum purchase requirement
  
• If Garden is returned we will refund membership as well
• Only loyalty discount codes will be valid on orders with products listed above
• If you wish to use a gift card code or discount code that is not a loyalty discount code you will need to place an order without any above product present in the order
• The promotion is only available on our website and does not extend to partner sites
• Promotional discounts cannot be applied to past orders or future orders

• $75 Off a Rise Garden + 1 Rise Extension
• $100 Off a Rise Garden + 2 Rise Extensions
• $50 Off a Personal Rise Garden

Discounts apply to a maximum of 1 Rise Garden and 2 extensions per order
