Rise Gardens X The Sill Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a Rise Garden in partnership with The Sill, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which supplement and form a part of the Rise Garden's Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Rise Garden's Terms of Service.

Promotional Scope

The following offers are valid from March 15, 2023 through March 30, 2023. Only purchases made during these dates are eligible for the following promotional offers. Purchases made prior to March 15 and after March 30 do not qualify.

Offer 1: Rise Gardens customers who purchase a Rise Houseplant Shelf during the stated above promotional period will receive a promotional code for 15% off a purchase from The Sill store. To apply the discount:

The 15% off can be applied to "Eligible For Promo" products (some restrictions apply)
No minimum purchase requirement
One use per customer
The discount code received during the promotional period is active from receipt until Apr 30, 2023

Offer 2: Rise Garden customers who purchase a new Rise Garden along with a Rise Gardens annual or seasonal Membership during the stated above promotional period will receive a Rise Houseplant Shelf and The Sill plant for free

The Rise Garden purchased must be a Rise Garden. This offer does not apply to Personal Garden purchases or Garden Extensions
The free plant offered is a Philodendron Plant ($38 retail value) + The Sill Hyde Planter in size mini ($34 retail value)

The following offer is valid from March 15, 2023 through April 15, 2023. Only purchases made during these dates are eligible for the following promotional offers. Purchases made prior to March 15 and after April 15 do not qualify.

Offer 3: The Sill customers who make a Garden purchase from Rise Gardens during the above stated promotional period are eligible to receive 15% off your entire order

A coupon for a 15% off discount to Rise Gardens will be provided to The Sill customers. The coupon must be applied at checkout in order to receive the discount.
In order to receive the 15% off discount, a Garden must be purchased (either a Rise Garden or Personal Garden) and then 15% off will apply to all items in the order
If a The Sill customer purchases a Rise Gardens membership along with a Garden, the customer is eligible to receive the Garden discount provided by the membership in addition to 15% off the order. The 15% will be taken from the discounted Garden price.
This offer is not stackable with the Rise Gardens Membership discount of 15% off
This discount can only be applied if there is a Garden included in the order

Fulfillment

Fulfillment of all Rise Garden purchases is completed by Rise Gardens. Fulfillment of The Sill Houseplant is completed by The Sill and their “30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee.” Rise Gardens will provide the contact information of Rise Gardens customers (email, name, shipping address) to The Sill for order fulfillment of The Sill products.

Personal Information & Privacy

All information that you provide must be accurate, including your name, address, credit, debit or charge card numbers and expiration dates, and any other payment information. You are responsible for providing information that is up-to-date. Rise Gardens’ use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Rise Gardens will only share information with The Sill that is necessary for fulfillment of products and services provided by The Sill.

Returns & Refunds

For purchases made under offers 1 & 3 as listed above, Rise Gardens’ and The Sill’s standard return policies apply. You can find Rise Gardens’ return policy on our website, HERE.

For all purchases made under offer 2 as listed above, in the event of a Garden/order return, Rise Garden’s return policy will apply and, additionally, customers will have to return the free Houseplant shelf and be responsible for the cost of the provided houseplant. The cost of the houseplant will be deducted from the refund.
