Mojito Popsicles

- 1.5 cups lime juice
- 1 cup simple syrup, or liquid sweetener of choice
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup tightly packed mint
- Step 1 Blend all ingredients in a blender.

- Step 3 Fill popsicle molds and place in the freezer overnight.
Mango Basil Popsicles
Ingredients
- 4 cups mango juice
- 2 oz lemon juice
- ½ cup tightly packed basil
- Step 1 Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Step 2 Strain through a sieve to remove any pulp.
- Step 3 Fill popsicle molds and place in the freezer overnight.
These popsicles are incredibly easy to modify with what you have on hand. Prefer cilantro over mint? Swap it out. Don’t like mangos? Use any kind of juice you prefer! Pineapple is a great option, too.
