Shipping Policy

We ship across the contiguous United States. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Processing Times

  • Gardens: Orders are processed within 3–4 weeks of your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • All other items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.

Shipping Rates

Garden Shipping

All gardens ship via UPS. If you live in an area UPS does not service, contact us at support@risegardens.com so we can make arrangements.

  • Rise Garden — One Level: $47.62
  • Rise Garden — Two Levels: $65.18
  • Rise Garden — Three Levels: $82.74

All Other Items

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and location.

P.O. Box Addresses

  • Select USPS as your carrier — UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Gardens cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Changing Your Shipping Method

We cannot change the shipping method after you place your order. If you need a different method, we'll need to cancel and re-place the order.

Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

  • Never marked "delivered": A package is considered lost if 7 days have passed since the last tracking update with no delivery confirmation.
  • Past estimated delivery date: A package is considered lost if 48 hours have passed since the carrier's last estimated delivery date with no update.
  • Partial delivery: If an order ships in multiple packages and some don't arrive, the undelivered packages are treated as lost.

You must file a claim within 30 days of the last tracking update.

How to File a Claim

Contact us at support@risegardens.com and we'll initiate a claim through our carrier account.

Order Tracking

If you haven't received your order within 3–4 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@risegardens.com with your name and order number.

If your tracking number doesn't show updated information within 15 days of shipment, contact us so we can investigate.
