Eligibility: This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and older who reside in the United States. No purchase is necessary to enter. The prize consists of a 1-year Rise Garden membership, which includes four seasonal boxes delivered over the year. Each box contains six products, including seeds and nutrients, customized based on availability and the current selling plan. 

Prize: The prize consists of a 1-year membership to Rise Gardens, equivalent to a full year of garden supplies. The winner will receive a coupon code providing 100% off the annual membership for the first year. Shipping is free for the seasonal bozes and any addon included in the box

Subscription Checkout: To activate the membership, the winner must complete the checkout process and enter a valid credit card. No charges will be applied to the card during the 1-year membership period unless the winner opts to purchase add-ons to the seasonal box.

Supplies Delivery: Supplies are delivered once every 3 months and include seeds and nutrients. The selection of supplies is customizable by the user (limited to avaibale stock)

Renewal or Cancellation: After the 1-year membership period, the winner may choose to renew the subscription at the regular membership rate or cancel without penalty. User needs to cancel through the customer portal or reach out to support for help.No charges will be applied unless the subscription is renewed.

No Cash Value: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

Non-Refundable: The membership and any supplies provided during the membership period are non-refundable and cannot be returned for credit or reimbursement.

Limitations: The winner will not incur charges during the membership period unless optional add-ons are purchased. Any charges for add-ons are refundable.

Disqualification: Rise Gardens reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
