Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions
Route shipping protection is available at checkout for any order. It covers packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen immediately after delivery.
What's Covered
- Packages lost in transit.
- Packages damaged during shipping.
- Packages stolen immediately after the carrier confirms delivery.
What's Not Covered
- Recurring subscription orders are not eligible for shipping protection.
How It Works
Route App, Inc. provides tracking services and shipping insurance for online purchases. Route is the named insured on the shipping insurance policy. Safe Order Solutions ("SOS"), Route's licensed producer entity, procures the policy from SEG Insurance Ltd.
If you purchased Route protection, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to file a claim if needed.
