Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

Share your love of indoor gardening and earn rewards. By participating in the Rise Gardens Referral Program, you agree to these terms.

Who's Who

• Referrer: You — an owner of any Rise Gardens indoor garden (Personal Garden or Rise Garden).
• Referred Customer: A friend or family member who hasn't previously purchased from Rise Gardens, and who uses your referral link.

How It Works

• Share your personal referral link with friends and family.
• When they make a qualifying purchase, both of you earn referral credit.
• Referral credits apply toward the purchase of seed pods, nutrients, and accessories only.

Rules

• Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
• Referral discounts apply only to full-price items.
• If you cancel your order, the discount may be withdrawn.
• All referral credits expire one year from the date of issuance.
• Self-referrals (using different email addresses to refer yourself) are not allowed and will be disqualified.
• This program is for individuals only — it cannot be used for business affiliate lead generation.

Sharing Guidelines

• Only invite people who have given you permission to send them a referral.
• Share your link personally — bulk email distribution and unsolicited commercial messaging ("spam") are prohibited.
• Distributing your referral link in a way that violates spam laws will result in immediate termination from the program.
• Rise Gardens automatically disqualifies suspicious referrals.

Rise Gardens reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.
