Rise Rewards — Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 22, 2026. The redemption values and the points expiration rule below take effect on October 22, 2026. Until then, you can ask us to redeem at the values in the previous version of these terms by emailing support@risegardens.com.
Rise Rewards is the loyalty program of Rise Innovations, LLC, doing business as Rise Gardens ("Rise Gardens," "we," "us"), for customers of risegardens.com in the United States. By creating a Rise Rewards account, you agree to these terms, which supplement the Rise Gardens Terms of Service.
How You Earn Points
- 1 point for every $1 you spend on eligible purchases. Gardens and garden extensions don't earn points.
- 250 points when you create your account.
- 500 points on your birthday, once a year.
- 500 points for a product review, 250 points for adding a photo, and 500 points for adding a video. You earn these points whether your review is positive or negative.
- 500 points when you sign up for Rise Gardens texts (once).
- 50 points each for following Rise Gardens on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (once each).
Rise Plus members earn bonus points on eligible purchases: seasonal members earn 2x and annual members earn 3x.
Points are added after your order is placed. Purchases must be made while signed in to your Rise Rewards account; purchases made before you created your account or through other retailers don't earn points. If you return an item, we subtract the points you earned on it. Purchases paid for entirely with a points reward don't earn points.

Each reward is a single-use discount code for an order on risegardens.com. When you redeem, your oldest points are used first. Points and rewards have no cash value, except where the law requires otherwise, and can't be transferred. Redemptions are final.
Points Expiration
Starting October 22, 2026, points expire 12 months after the date you earn them. Each point has its own expiration date. Expired points are removed from your account and have no value. Points already in your account on October 22, 2026 are treated as earned on that date, so they won't expire before October 22, 2027.
Changes to Rise Rewards
We may change or end Rise Rewards. We may change how you earn points at any time. Any change that lowers the value of points you've already earned, or that ends the program, will be posted on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Suspension
We may suspend or close a Rise Rewards account that uses false information, abuses the program, or violates these terms or our Terms of Service.
