Rise Rewards — Terms and Conditions
Rise Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points on purchases and redeem them for credit toward future orders. By creating a Rise Rewards account, you agree to these terms, which supplement the Rise Gardens Terms of Service.
How You Earn Points
- 1 point per $1 spent on eligible purchases.*
- Welcome reward when you create your account.
- Birthday reward once per year.
- Community actions — earn points for leaving reviews, following Rise Gardens on social media, subscribing to messaging, and engaging with the Rise Gardens app.
*Points are earned on all purchases except garden and extension purchases. Rise Plus Members earn bonus multiplied points: seasonal members earn 2x and annual members earn 3x on all eligible purchases. Rise Gardens reserves the right to adjust points if an action awards points that don't correspond with program rules.
Rise Gardens may adjust the earning structure at any time without prior notice.
Purchase Eligibility
- Purchases must be made under your Rise Rewards account to earn points.
- Points do not apply to purchases made before account creation, through other retailers, or outside your account.
- Promotional point offers must be redeemed within the promotion's specified timeframe.
- Purchases made using Rise Reward points are not eligible to earn additional points.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for credit toward Rise Gardens purchases. Points have no cash value.

Rise Gardens may offer products or exclusive offers for point redemption from time to time. Additional terms presented during sign-up become part of these Rewards Terms.
All point redemptions are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.
Refunds & Returns
- If you return an item from a rewards-eligible purchase, points equal to the return's value are subtracted from your balance (including any membership multiplier bonus).
- Purchases made entirely with points are not eligible for cash refunds.
- Purchases made with a combination of points and cash are eligible for refund of the cash portion only, to the original payment method.
Membership & Points
- If you pause or cancel your Rise Plus Membership, you keep any points already earned. You continue earning multiplied points until the end of your current membership period.
- Once your membership period ends, you earn points at the standard 1x rate.
Account Suspension or Termination
Rise Gardens may suspend or terminate your Rewards account without notice if you:
- Have overdue membership payments (we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you first).
- Provide false or inaccurate information.
- Violate these terms, the Terms of Service, or any other Rise Gardens rules.
- Violate any applicable law.
- Engage in threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct toward Rise Gardens employees, agents, or other users.
If your Rewards account is terminated, all points and associated data may be permanently deleted without further notice.

Register by creating an account at risegardens.com. All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your information.
Notify us immediately if your payment method is canceled (e.g., due to loss or theft) or if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.
