Your Rise Garden is built to last. Every indoor garden comes with warranty coverage so you can grow with confidence.
Indoor Garden Warranty
What's Covered
- Hardware components: 3-year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
- Electronic components: 3-year warranty for gardens purchased on or after October 1, 2023. Gardens purchased before that date have a 1-year electronics warranty.
- Replacement parts: 3-year warranty from date of delivery, when purchased through Rise Gardens or an authorized reseller.
All warranty periods begin on the date your garden is delivered.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper or negligent assembly, maintenance, or use.
- Accidental damage, abuse, or relocation damage.
- System failures caused by overgrown plants that interfere with the garden's normal operation.
- Use of non-approved replacement parts (this voids the warranty).
Eligibility
- You must be the original owner of the garden.
- You need proof of purchase (order number or purchase confirmation email).
Reporting Damage or Issues
To file a warranty claim, contact us at support@risegardens.com with:
- A description of the issue and how the damage occurred.
- At least two clear, well-lit photos of the affected area.
Before reaching out, check our Support Center — your issue may have a quick fix.
If your situation is not covered under warranty, replacement parts are available on our website here.
Seed Pod Germination Guarantee
All Rise Gardens seed pods come with a 1-year germination guarantee covering defects in materials, workmanship, and successful germination when stored and used properly.
What's Not Covered
- Seeds germinated in a system other than a Rise Gardens Nursery.
- Seeds not provided by Rise Gardens.
- Failure to follow seed pod instructions or the Quick Start Guide.
- Improper use, maintenance, or storage, or use of materials not provided or recommended by Rise Gardens.
Replacement Process
- Wait at least 14 days for seed pods to germinate in your Rise Gardens Nursery before contacting us.
- Contact us at support@risegardens.com with details and at least two clear photos of the affected pods.
- Rise Gardens may replace a non-germinating seed pod with another pod of our choosing or a credit of equal value.
This guarantee excludes all incidental or consequential damages. You need proof of purchase to be eligible for replacement.
