The moment your order is placed. Your first quarter's seed credits are available right away, so you can add seed 4-packs to the same order and they come out free at checkout.

Two garden sizes, two term lengths, one payment each: • Personal Garden or Loft (4 credits a quarter): $199 for 1 year, or $329 for 2 years • Rise Garden (6 credits a quarter): $299 for 1 year, or $499 for 2 years The 2-year Rise Garden plan works out to $20.79 a month for up to $350 in yearly value, and you pay it once.

No. Your membership runs for its full 1- or 2-year term, ends on the date shown in your account, and is never charged again. We email you before it ends. Want another term? Buy one in one click from your account or from that email, before or after your end date. Renew before the end date and the new term is added onto the end of your current one, with your credit balance intact.

Plans are paid once, up front, for the full term, so there is no mid-term cancellation and nothing to switch off. You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@risegardens.com. After 30 days the plan is non-refundable.

Seed 4-packs only, any variety in the catalog. Credits do not apply to nutrients, accessories, gardens or extensions. Add the 4-packs to your cart and the credits apply automatically at checkout, cheapest pack first.

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them. Your balance caps at two quarters' worth (8 on a Personal Garden or Loft plan, 12 on a Rise Garden plan). If you are at the cap when the next quarter's credits are due, you receive only enough to bring you back to the cap, so plant a few first.
