• Why are you offering a 60-day risk-free trial?

  In short, we believe you will love our garden once you try it! We consistently hear our customers marvel at how much food they're able to grow with Rise and how much they love having a beautiful garden inside of their homes that helps them eat healthier. We also know our gardens aren't cheap, and that your buying decision is an investment in the many harvests for years to come. We want to help simplify your buying decision and give you the opportunity to become sure that the Rise Garden is worth every dollar.

• Why do I need to pre-pay for return shipping?

  We want to make it easy for you to return the garden to us, should you decide Rise isn't for you, so we can find it a loving new home. Charging a token amount upfront also helps motivate our new customers to start growing right away and see how much they can save from what they grow within those first 60 days!

• How much food will I be able to grow in the trial period?

  If your goal is to maximize productivity, our one-level garden is capable of growing up to 20 lbs of fresh produce each month, the two-level garden up to 30 lbs, and the three-level garden to 40 lbs. We know that's a ton of food--we've done it over and over ourselves! Please note that your very first harvest may take longer to grow as you get familiar with hydroponic gardening, and productivity will vary depending on what you grow--greens and herbs yield more each month than fruits, for instance.

• Will I receive a brand new garden?

  Yes, we want you to keep your garden at the end of the trial, so each will be brand new. Any refurbished units we sell will be clearly labeled and will be offered at a discount.

• Will you remind me before my trial ends?

  Yes. We will email you a reminder at least one week before the end of your trial to let you know that you have the option to cancel and not be charged. The email will include a link for canceling the trial using just two clicks: risegardens.com/pages/manage-trial.

• What happens if I don't return my garden in time after my trial ends?

  Please note that you have 14 days from the date you cancel the trial to ship out your cleaned and disassembled garden in its original packaging using the prepaid shipping label. If the carrier does not receive your return package before that date, we will charge you a $100 late return fee. If the carrier does not receive your return package within 30 days from the date you cancel, we will charge you for the price of the garden.

• Who is eligible for the risk-free trial?

  This risk-free trial is designed to help someone who has never grown with Rise before make an informed purchasing decision, so please refrain from signing up if you are an existing Rise customer. Note that each household address is eligible for a single trial at a time, and signups exceeding this limit will be cancelled. We may also limit the number of risk-free trials each day to manage supply and demand.
