I just love them! You can add them to any meal, from breakfast to dinner! And my kids love them.
Our microgreen plant pods grow a bouquet of sprouted leaves that are colorful and nutrient dense. Broccoli microgreens are a light shade of green with tall and pronounced true leaves.

Leave the nursery dome on until seeds sprout. Microgreens benefit from the extra humidity during their short growing cycle.
Microgreens can be grown entirely in the nursery or moved to the garden. Either way, they'll be ready in 7-14 days.
Cut microgreens when the first true leaves appear (after the initial seed leaves). This is when nutrition and flavor peak.
Unlike other plants, microgreens are harvested all at once. Cut just above the pod surface and enjoy immediately for maximum nutrition.
Follow these stages for successful growing in your Rise Garden
Your broccoli seeds sprout fast, reaching up toward the humidity dome within about three days. Keep the dome on to lock in moisture while a thick little forest of pale stems fills in. These are some of the speediest greens you can grow.
Once the seedlings grow tall enough to brush the dome, lift it off and let them stretch toward the light. Brighter light greens up the leaves and builds that fresh, mild broccoli flavor. There's no transplanting here — microgreens grow right where they started.
Plant grows larger with several sets of leaves. Prune any yellow leaves.
Cut just above the pod surface with sharp scissors once the stems are one to three inches tall. Harvest the whole mat at once to keep it fresh and avoid molding. Since broccoli microgreens won't regrow, plant a new pod for your next round.
Make sure you always have fresh sprouted plants to put into your garden
Many of our seed varieties are organic! However, our varieties depend on seasonal availability, so we cannot guarantee that all of our seeds are organic.
Our seed pods are made from a combination of coco coir and peat moss!
Yes! Start your microgreens in the nursery. Once they've sprouted (3 to 5 days) move them into the garden. Microgreens can also be grown 100% in the nursery. Simply keep them in your nursery and harvest them when ready. Remember to check the water levels of the nursery frequently.
Yes! We encourage you to add an 8 or 12 pod tray if you want to have microgreens to harvest daily. You might also want to get an extra nursery pack.
All of our seed pods have a shelf life of 1 year, if stored in a cool, dark environment (between 30°F and 40°F). For more information, check out our guide for seed storage on our Help Center website.
