60-Day Trial — Terms and Conditions

Try a Rise Garden for 60 days. If it's not for you, return it. Here are the full terms.

Trial Overview

The Rise Gardens 60-day risk-free trial lets eligible customers try a Rise Garden for 60 days for a non-refundable trial fee of $60. If the trial is not canceled before day 61, the remaining balance for the garden is charged to the original payment method. The $60 is applied as a credit toward the purchase.

Eligibility

First-time Rise Gardens customers only.
One trial per household. Orders exceeding this limit will be canceled.
Subject to availability — trial supply is limited.
Rise Gardens reserves the right to cancel and refund any trial sign-up flagged as high risk. You may not re-sign up using the same account or attempt to bypass this restriction with another account.

Cancellation & Returns

Day 1 of your trial starts one week after your sign-up date to account for shipping. If your garden arrives more than one week after sign-up, contact support@risegardens.com to request an extension.
Cancel anytime before day 61 at risegardens.com/pages/manage-trial.
If canceled, the garden must be cleaned, disassembled, and returned in its original packaging. Rise Gardens provides a prepaid return label and helps arrange FedEx pickup.
Any produce grown during the trial is yours to keep.
The return package must reach the carrier within 14 days of cancellation. Late returns incur a $100 late return fee.
Returns not received within 30 days of cancellation result in a charge for the full garden price.
Returned gardens must be in good condition — no missing parts or excessive damage beyond normal use. Gardens in unacceptable condition may incur refurbishing fees.

Charges & Payments

Only credit cards with at least six months of remaining validity are eligible for trial sign-up. Debit cards and gift cards are not accepted.
The $60 trial fee is non-refundable.
If the trial is not canceled, the remaining garden balance is charged on day 61. The trial fee is applied as a credit toward that charge.
Failure to return the garden combined with unsuccessful payment attempts may result in the balance being sent to collections.

Rise Plus Membership

The Rise Plus membership (normally $240/year) is included free during the trial period.
Benefits include free shipping on orders over $50, seasonal seed credits, a 15% discount on consumables and accessories, early access to new seeds, and more.
You can unenroll from Rise Plus anytime before the trial ends at your trial management page.
On day 61, if the trial is not canceled, you're charged for both the remaining garden balance and the one-year Rise Plus membership — unless you unenrolled from Rise Plus beforehand.
Rise Plus auto-renews annually until canceled.

Additional Terms

Trial gardens are brand new unless otherwise specified.
The trial includes a selection of seeds and nutrients to get you started. Growing results may vary, especially during your first season.
Rise Gardens reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.
Rise Gardens is not responsible for property damage resulting from improper setup, maintenance, or use of the garden.
Participating in the trial means you accept these terms.
The trial offer is void where prohibited by law.
